The last decade brought unprecedented changes to our personal and professional worlds.  COVID, the great resignation, artificial intelligence, political and social unrest, violence, a growing distrust in institutions, extreme talent shortages, supply chain disruptions, hybrid/virtual work, are just a few of the changes we are all living with.  This presentation focuses not on these changes, but our response to these changes.  Some are suffering, some fighting, some surviving, and others are thriving.  What do the “thrivers” have in common?  We’ll cover practical strategies we can employ to help us thrive amid unending amounts of change.
